I am delighted to announce that this project has been chosen as the recipient of the 2020-21 Whitten Maher Memorial Scholarship Award!
The goal of this project was to identify a user experience design need that was not being met at James Madison University. We then did primary research into the issue and developed a plan to address the need. I chose to address the lack of resources about gender-neutral restrooms on campus.
I deeply enjoyed doing primary research into a social issue that deeply effects people. It’s very rewarding to work on an important cause like this that is close to my heart. Read my full report here.
