The goal of this project was to identify a user experience design need that was not being met at James Madison University. This was followed by primary research into the issue and development of a plan to address the need. I chose to address the lack of resources about gender-neutral restrooms on campus.

I deeply enjoyed this research into a social issue that deeply effects people. The one-on-one user interviews I conducted allowed for the prospective shift needed to develop effective solutions for issues of this scale. It was very rewarding to work on an important cause like this that is close to my heart.
